Fold-by-number napkins for MoMA

Fold-by-Number Cloth Napkins for MoMA

These napkins were inspired by my memories of family gatherings where my grandmother would show all the children how to fold their own napkins. Created to encourage a return to reusable cotton napkins for everyday dining, the built-in instructions make the elegance of beautiful napkin folds accessible to all.

The napkins were designed as part of MoMA’s collaboration with MFA Products of Design, School of Visual Arts in 2016. They are sold as a set of six on the MoMA Design Store website; each is a 20 inch square and folds into a unique design.
