Co-creating the future of the court system

On Saturday, October 22nd, six participants joined in imagining the future of the court system. Participants teamed up in pairs, rolled a die to be dealt 3 constraints—a stakeholder, a current trend, and a future condition—and designed an artifact that would exist in that imagined future. The making session was followed by a leisurely dinner, over which I led a discussion of their thought and making processes, and probed deeper into their perceptions of the current court system.
